Drawing on deep-rooted Southeast Asian/Vietnamese traditions with French influences, Pho Saigon showcases a blend of flavors and textures unique to the Dong Nai region of southeast Vietnam.
Time-tested favorites are paired alongside unique regional specialties. Whether it be a more refined approach to Pho and Banh Mi, or a more rustic clay pot creation, every dish features an elegant blend of traditional techniques without sacrificing any flavor.
Our menu features an array of favorites, from a lively mix of Southeast Asian herbs, roots, yams, rice, tapioca, curries and sauces, natural and hormone-free poultry, and certified beef. Every dish is made to order. Seasonally, you will find specials listed on our chalkboard that range from local soft-shell crab and oysters to mango sorbet. We also stock a full bar including wine and craft beers on tap, as well as a wide variety of Asian beers.
